A little about Sea urchins
Sea urchins are also known as sea hedgehogs. They are round creatures and they contain venomous spines (the spike shaped figures surrounding the actual sea urchin body). They are normally found on reefs and sea urchins are actually omnivores. They feed off of algae from reefs and they also feed on dead fish remains. A sea urchin can move on their feet, spines, and even their teeth.

The Sea Urchin nervous systemLike most echinodermata sea urchins have a very basic nervous system. The neural system of sea urchin is simply a central nerve ring that surrounds the gut. The nerve ring is actually used to power the tube feet. With that being said, if it was not for the nerve ring of the sea urchin it would not be able to move or function at all. Without a brain, the nerve ring is used a substitution for a brain, letting the sea urchin feel move and function in general.
